Sex is a lot like food. If you have all of the ingredients and know how to put them together, you can make a delicious meal. But if you’re missing any of them, or if you’re not sure how to combine them, it’s just not going to taste as good. The difference between OK and gourmet can be hard to define, but you know it when you taste it. Sex & relationship coaching can help you figure out what you’re looking for and make it happen.
Creating the sex life and the relationships you deserve starts with figuring out what’s missing from your recipes so you can make them amazing. Sometimes, that’s as simple as getting a little know-how, and I can make that much easier. There’s a lot of mediocre sex information out there, so if you’re not sure where to look, I’ll get you started. We’ll come up with a plan to make things delicious, and you’ll get insight and support to fine-tune your recipe.
Other times, though, it takes a bit more to make things flow. Even if you know what you want, it can be hard to put it into words. It can be difficult to tell your partner about it. And it can be challenging to let go of how things were in order to create room for how things can be. Making changes to any part of our lives is often scary, and that’s even more true when we want to change our sex lives or improve our relationships.
The best sex happens when your heart, your mind, and your body are all on board, and a little guidance can make all the difference. I’ll ask you questions to make it easier to figure out what you want. I’ll make suggestions for things to try, information to read, and ways to talk with your partner(s). We’ll explore somatic practices that will help you tune into your desires and connect more deeply with sexual or romantic partners. You’ll gain clarity about your situation and what your options are. We’ll figure out what steps you want to take to move forward. And we’ll keep you on track to making sex better than ever. Whatever your gender, sexual orientation, relationship structure, or sexual practice, I’ll help you discover new pleasures to enjoy.
Great relationships grow when you understand how they work and you have the tools to support them. They have plenty of moving parts, and it’s not always easy to see what’s going on from the inside. As a relationship coach, I’ll help you get more clear about your situation, offer you tools to overcome the challenges, and give you room to practice your skills before you try them out in real life. My goal as a coach is to get you where you want to be and keep you on track.
